REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REINFORCEMENT LH

Perform the same procedure as for the RH side.
REMOVE NO. 1 TRANSMISSION OIL FILLER TUBE
Using a 6 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the overflow plug and gasket from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

Using a 6 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the No. 1 transmission oil filler tube from the oil pan and drain the continuously variable transaxle fluid.
REMOVE TRANSAXLE OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY
Remove the 19 bolts and oil pan from the transaxle.
Note
Some fluid will remain in the oil pan. To prevent the fluid from spilling, place a container under the oil pan, and then carefully remove all the pan bolts and oil pan sub-assembly.
Remove the gasket from the oil pan.

Remove the 3 magnets from the oil pan.
Note
Clean the oil pan and remove any metal particles, sludge, etc.
Clean off any metal particles that adhere to the magnets.
