    REMOVE FRONT WHEEL LH

    REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  3. Click here

    REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER

    REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

  5. Click here

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for ALPHARD)

    REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for VELLFIRE)

    REMOVE NO. 3 INTAKE AIR RESONATOR


    1. Turn back the front fender splash shield sub-assembly LH.

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Separate the pin and remove the No. 3 intake air resonator from the body.

    DRAIN AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID


    1. Remove the 5 clips and rear engine under cover LH.

      Using a 6 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the overflow plug and gasket from the automatic transaxle.

    3. A01CCOF

      Remove the refill plug and gasket from the automatic transaxle.

    4. A01CEFPE02

      Using a 6 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the No. 1 transmission oil filler tube from the automatic transaxle.

    5. Drain automatic transaxle fluid from the automatic transaxle.

    6. A01CEFPE02

      Using a 6 mm socket hexagon wrench, install the No. 1 transmission oil filler tube to the automatic transaxle.

      1.7 N*m 17 kgf*cm 15 in.*lbf
    7. A01CEJG

      Using a 6 mm socket hexagon wrench, install a new gasket and the overflow plug to the automatic transaxle.

      40 N*m 408 kgf*cm 30 ft.*lbf
    8. A01CCOF

      Install a new gasket and the refill plug to the automatic transaxle.

      49 N*m 500 kgf*cm 36 ft.*lbf

    SEPARATE NO. 1 OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE


    1. A01CESW

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 oil cooler outlet hose from the oil with hose cooler assembly.

    SEPARATE NO. 1 OIL COOLER INLET HOSE

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 oil cooler inlet hose from the oil with hose cooler assembly.

  11. Click here

    REMOVE OIL WITH HOSE COOLER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 bolts and oil with hose cooler assembly from the body.

    2. A01CF1Z

      Remove the 2 bolts and upper oil cooler bracket from the oil cooler assembly.

    3. A01CGE8

      Remove the bolt and lower oil cooler bracket from the oil cooler assembly.

    4. A01CBYC

      Remove the 4 bolts and transmission oil cooler air duct from the oil cooler assembly.
