    INSTALL FUEL PUMP


    1. A01CCUP

      Connect the pump harness connector.

    2. A01CDJXE01

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring. Then install the O-ring and spacer to the fuel pump.

      Engage the 5 claws to install the fuel pump.

      Note:

      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cut or pinched during the installation.

      • Engage the claws securely.

    INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT

      Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 fuel suction support.

    2. A01CAPGE08

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring and install it to the jet pump.

      Install the jet pump while aligning it with the installation position of the sub-tank.

      Note:

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cut or pinched during the installation.

      Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 fuel suction support.

      Connect the wire harness to the 3 harness clamps.

      Connect the wire harness connector.

    INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CFKME01

      Install the fuel sender gauge assembly by sliding the sender gauge downward.

    2. Connect the wire harness to the 4 harness clamps.

      Note:

      Do not damage the wire harness.

      Connect the connector of the fuel sender gauge assembly.

    4. A01CDDA

      Install the 2 harness protectors and connect the harness clamp.

      Note:

      Do not damage the wire harness.
