HAZARD WARNING SWITCH INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the switch.

  2. INSTALL CLEARANCE WARNING INDICATOR ASSEMBLY (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the switch.

  3. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Display)


    1. Attach the 10 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

  4. INSTALL ACCESSORY METER ASSEMBLY (w/ Display)


    1. A0095H1

      Connect the connectors.

    2. Insert the accessory meter and attach the 10 clips on its backside.

    3. Install the accessory meter with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 4 clips to install the integration control and panel assembly.
