REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Face to Face Seat Type) INSTALLATION

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Fold the seat cushion.

    2. Attach the rear side seat band and fix the seat cushion in place.

    3. Place the rear No. 2 seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    4. Temporarily install the nut.

    5. Detach the rear side seat band and lower the seat cushion.

    6. Temporarily install the 3 bolts.

    7. Tighten the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }
    8. A0094XD

      Attach the 2 claws to close the cover.

    9. A0096CJ

      Attach the 2 claws to close the cover.

    10. Fold the seat cushion.

    11. Attach the rear side seat band and fix the seat cushion in place.

    12. Tighten the nut.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    13. Detach the rear side seat band and lower the seat cushion.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER LH


    1. A0094UF

      Attach the 4 claws to install the cover.
