  1. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER


    1. Use the Data List to check if the pre-crash brake cancel switch assembly is functioning properly Click here.

  2. INSPECT PRE-CRASH BRAKE CANCEL SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A00997ZE41

      Remove the pre-crash brake cancel switch assembly Click here.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      1 (GND) - 2 (ECU) Pressed Below 1 Ω
      Not pressed 10 kΩ or higher

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (PRE-CRASH BRAKE CANCEL SWITCH - DRIVING SUPPORT ECU)


    1. Disconnect the G121 switch connector.

    2. Disconnect the G119 ECU connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G121-2 (ECU) - G119-5 (PBSW) Always Below 1 Ω
      G121-1 (GND) - Body ground
      G121-2 (ECU) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
