STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 AMPLIFIER BRACKET


    1. Set the aligning protrusions of the bracket, labeled A, into the holes of the amplifier.

    2. Install the bracket with the 2 screws labeled B.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 AMPLIFIER BRACKET


    1. Set the aligning protrusions of the bracket, labeled A, into the holes of the amplifier.

    2. Install the bracket with the 2 screws labeled B.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL AMPLIFIER NO. 2 COVER (for 14 Speakers)


    1. Attach the 3 clips to install the cover.

  4. INSTALL AMPLIFIER COVER


    1. Install the amplifier cover with the 3 bolts and clip.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. Install the amplifier with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      for Bolt A
      4.5 N*m  { 46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 4 connectors.

      Return the floor carpets to their original positions as shown in the illustration and attach the fastener.

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. for Manual Seat Type:

      Install the front seat assembly RH Click here.

    2. for Power Seat Type:

      Install the front seat assembly RH Click here.

    3. for Walk in Seat Type:

      Install the front seat assembly RH Click here.

    4. for Bench Seat Type:

      Install the front seat assembly RH Click here.

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  8. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT


    1. Check the SRS warning light Click here.
