  1. CHECK MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU

      (to Multi-media Interface ECU)

      Disconnect the H18 multi-media interface ECU connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      H18-12 (+B) - H18-7 (GND) Always 11 to 14 V
      H18-11 (ACC) - H18-7 (GND) Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR


    1. Disconnect the H18 multi-media interface ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the H15 display and navigation module display connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      H18-11 (ACC) - H15-11 (ACC) Always Below 1 Ω
      H18-12 (+B) - H15-12 (+B) Always Below 1 Ω
      H18-7 (GND) - H15-7 (GND) Always Below 1 Ω
      H18-11 (ACC) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H18-12 (+B) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H18-7 (GND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
