CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER (for 1GR-FE) REMOVAL


  1. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID FROM CLUTCH LINE

  2. REMOVE FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the front propeller shaft Click here.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH HOUSING COVER

    1. Remove the 4 bolts and housing cover.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER TO ACCUMULATOR TUBE (for LHD)

    1. Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the tube.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to catch the fluid.

    2. Remove the bolt and tube.

  5. REMOVE CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE (for RHD)

    1. Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the tube.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to catch the fluid.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and tube.

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and pull out the clutch release cylinder.
