FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Refrigerated Cool Box) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 screws and console compartment door sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 screws.

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the instrument side panel.

    3. Using a moulding remover, detach the 5 claws.

      Remove the 4 screws the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the console box register.

  4. REMOVE COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 screws.

    2. Detach the 12 claws and remove the cooling box assembly.

  5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

  6. REMOVE NO. 3 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE

      Remove the No. 3 cooler unit drain hose.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER WIRING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the packing.

      Disconnect the 3 connectors and remove the No. 1 cooler wiring harness sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the cooler control switch sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE COOLING UNIT DOOR


    1. Remove the packing.

      Remove the 8 screws, 2 bolts and cooling unit door.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A00JXRL

      Remove the 3 screws, 5 bolts and air duct.

    2. Remove the 5 holding springs.

    3. A00JXNG

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    4. A00JV8R

      Remove the cooling unit case.

    5. A00JYRY

      Remove the cooler evaporator assembly.

    6. A00JU4K

      Detach the 2 claws.

    7. A00JWGS

      Loosen the 2 nuts and remove the No. 1 liquid tube, cooler magnet valve assembly and No. 2 evaporator sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER BLOWER FAN

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the blower fan cover.

    2. A00JVP6

      Detach the spline and remove the No. 1 cooler blower fan.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the No. 1 cooler blower motor sub-assembly.
