HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Remove the radiator grille Click here.

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts labeled A and 2 bolts labeled B.

    3. Remove the 6 screws and 6 clips.

    4. Detach the 12 claws.

    5. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/ Fog Light:

      Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    6. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/o Fog Light:

      Disconnect the connector.

    7. w/o TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/ Fog Light:

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    8. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    9. Remove the front bumper cover.

  3. DRAIN WASHER FLUID


    1. Disconnect the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, and then drain the washer fluid.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A009427

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A009BRE

      Pull out the motor and pump in the direction indicated by arrow in the illustration to remove it.
