FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for Single Tank Type) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

      Set the fuel sender gauge on the fuel sub-tank. Then slide the fuel sender gauge downward to install it.

    2. Connect the fuel sender gauge connector.

  2. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)


    1. Install a new gasket and fuel sender gauge with the 5 screws.

      Torque:
      1.5 N*m  { 15 kgf*cm, 13 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the fuel sender gauge connector and fuel pump connector.

  3. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION WITH PUMP AND GAUGE TUBE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)


    1. Install the fuel suction with pump and gauge tube assembly Click here.

  4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (for 3 Door)


    1. Install the rear floor service hole cover with the 3 screws.

  5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE (for 3 Door)


    1. Attach the 6 claws to install the rear floor mat rear support plate.

    2. Install the 5 screws.
