CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR


    1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the sensor.

      Note


      • When reusing the sensor, inspect the O-ring.

      • If the O-ring has scratches or cuts, replace the sensor.

    2. Install the sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL IDLER PULLEY ASSEMBLY (w/o Air Conditioning System)


    1. Install the idler pulley with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A00XIZZ

      Hook the engine under cover to the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Conditioning System)


    1. Install the cooler compressor Click here.

  5. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the generator Click here.
