STARTER (for 3.0 kW Type) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL STARTER


    1. Install the starter with the bolt and 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      68 N*m  { 693 kgf*cm, 50 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the starter wire with the nut.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 215 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the starter connector.

    4. Install the terminal cap.

  2. INSTALL REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear engine under cover with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 FENDER APRON TO FRAME SEAL LH


    1. Install the frame seal with the 5 clips.

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
