PCV VALVE INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL PCV VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the PCV valve.

      Adhesive
      Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent

    2. Install the PCV valve.

      Torque:
      27 N*m  { 275 kgf*cm, 20 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the PCV hose to the valve.

    4. Secure the hose with the clamp.

  2. CONNECT HEATER HOSE


    1. Connect the heater hose clamp.

  3. INSTALL V-BANK COVER

      Attach the 2 V-bank cover hooks to the bracket. Then align the 2 V-bank cover grommets with the 2 pins and press down on the V-bank cover to attach the pins.
