FRONT SEATBACK HEATER REMOVAL

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for TMMK Made)

  2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (for TMMK Made)

    1. Disconnect the 2 rubber bands of the separate type front seatback cover.

  3. DISCONNECT CONNECTORS (for TMMK Made)

    1. Disconnect the connector (A).

    2. Disengage the clamp (B).

    3. Disengage the claw (D) and 3 clamps (C) to separate the front seat airbag assembly wire harness.

    4. Disconnect the connector (E).

    5. Disengage the clamp (F).

  4. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for TMMK Made)

    1. Disengage the hook.

    2. Disengage the 2 fasteners.

    3. Turn back the separate type front seatback cover.

    4. Disengage the 2 hooks.

      1. Remove the 4 clips.

      2. Slide each hook to disengage them.

    5. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.

    6. Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (for TMMK Made)

    1. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. Disengage the 2 fasteners to remove the separate type front seatback cover from the separate type front seatback pad.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY (for TMMK Made)

    1. Remove the 8 tag pins and the front seatback heater assembly from the separate type front seatback cover.

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for SIA Made)

  8. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (for SIA Made)

    1. Disconnect the rubber band of the separate type front seatback cover.

  9. DISCONNECT CONNECTOR (for SIA Made)

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

  10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for SIA Made)

    1. Remove the 5 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 3 hog rings.

    3. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    4. Turn back the separate type front seatback cover.

    5. Remove the 2 nuts and the 3 brackets.

    6. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.

    7. Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad.

  11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (for SIA Made)

    1. Remove the 6 hog rings and separate type front seatback cover from the separate type front seatback pad.

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY (for SIA Made)

    1. Remove the 12 tag pins and the front seatback heater assembly from the separate type front seatback cover.
