HARD DISK DRIVE INSTALLATION

  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    When installing the hard disc drive, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent components from being damaged.

  2. INSTALL HARD DISK DRIVE

    1. Insert the hard disk drive in the direction shown by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

    2. Engage the 2 guides to temporarily install the cover.

    3. Install the cover with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (for Navigation Receiver Type)

    1. Install the No. 2 radio receiver bracket with the 5 screws.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (for Radio and Display Type with Intuitive Parking Assist System)

    1. Install the No. 2 radio receiver bracket with the 5 screws.

  5. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Navigation Receiver Type)

    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 8 clips to the vehicle body to temporarily install the navigation receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly.

    3. Install the navigation receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly with the 4 bolts.

  6. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Radio and Display Type with Intuitive Parking Assist System)

    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 8 clips to the vehicle body to temporarily install the radio receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly.

    3. Install the radio receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly with the 4 bolts.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

    1. Engage the 6 clips to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.

      Note

      When installing the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly, check that the wire harness is not caught between the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly and duct.

  8. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. Engage the 6 clips and 7 claws to install the center instrument cluster finish panel assembly.

  9. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 4 clips and guide.

    3. Install the upper console panel sub-assembly with the 2 screws <C> or <D>.

  10. INSTALL BOX BOTTOM MAT

    1. Install the box bottom mat.

  11. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

  12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
