INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - EXTENSION MODULE)

    1. Disconnect the radio and display receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the extension module connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      m2-12 (V-R) - m1-7 (V-R) Always Below 1 Ω
      m2-11 (V-G) - m1-23 (V-G) Always Below 1 Ω
      m2-10 (V-B) - m1-6 (V-B) Always Below 1 Ω
      m2-7 (HSYN) - m1-22 (HSYN) Always Below 1 Ω
      m2-6 (VSYN) - m1-5 (VSYN) Always Below 1 Ω
      m2-9 (VSHD) - m1-21 (VSHD) Always Below 1 Ω
      m2-8 (AGND) - m1-20 (AGND) Always Below 1 Ω
      m2-12 (V-R) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      m2-11 (V-G) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      m2-10 (V-B) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      m2-7 (HSYN) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      m2-6 (VSYN) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      m2-9 (VSHD) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      m2-8 (AGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
