OIL PUMP REASSEMBLY

INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL

1. Coat the lip of a new front oil pump oil seal with a small amount of MP grease.

   

2. Using SST and a hammer, install the front oil pump oil seal to the front oil pump body sub-assembly.

   SST

   09350-32014   ( 09351-32140 )

   Note

   The seal end should be level with the outer edge of the front oil pump body sub-assembly.

INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING

1. Coat a new front oil pump body O-ring with ATF and install it to the front oil pump body sub-assembly.

   

   Note

   Ensure that the O-ring is not twisted.

INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR

1. Coat the front oil pump driven gear with ATF and install it to the front oil pump body sub-assembly with the marked side up.

   

INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR

1. Coat the front oil pump drive gear with ATF, and install it to the front oil pump body sub-assembly with the marked side up.

   

INSTALL STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY

1. Align each knock pin of the stator shaft assembly with the holes in the front oil pump body sub-assembly and install the stator shaft assembly to the front oil pump body sub-assembly with the 16 "TORX" bolts.

   

   Bolt Length

   Bolt	Length [mm (in.)]
   A	14 (0.551)
   B	26 (1.02)

2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, tighten the 16 "TORX" bolts.

   Torque:

   9.3 N*m  { 95 kgf*cm, 82 in.*lbf }
