ГИДРАВЛИЧЕСКИЙ КЛАПАН ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ ФАЗ УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (for Exhaust Side of Bank 1)


    1. Install a new O-ring to the oil control valve.

    2. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring.

    3. Install the oil control valve with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Do not allow foreign matter to contact the oil seal face of the oil control valve (connecting surface with cylinder head cover).

      • Be careful that the O-ring is not cracked or moved out of place when installing the oil control valve.

    4. Connect the oil control valve connector.

  2. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (for Intake Side of Bank 1)


    1. Install a new O-ring to the oil control valve.

    2. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring.

    3. Install the oil control valve with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Do not allow foreign matter to contact the oil seal face of the oil control valve (connecting surface with cylinder head cover).

      • Be careful that the O-ring is not cracked or moved out of place when installing the oil control valve.

    4. Connect the oil control valve connector.

  3. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (for Intake Side of Bank 2)


    1. Install a new O-ring to the oil control valve.

    2. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring.

    3. Install the oil control valve with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Do not allow foreign matter to contact the oil seal face of the oil control valve (connecting surface with cylinder head cover).

      • Be careful that the O-ring is not cracked or moved out of place when installing the oil control valve.

    4. Connect the oil control valve connector.

  4. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (for Exhaust Side of Bank 2)


    1. Install a new O-ring to the oil control valve.

    2. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring.

    3. Install the oil control valve with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Do not allow foreign matter to contact the oil seal face of the oil control valve (connecting surface with cylinder head cover).

      • Be careful that the O-ring is not cracked or moved out of place when installing the oil control valve.

    4. Connect the oil control valve connector.

  5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY

      Установите шланг воздушного фильтра таким образом, чтобы выступ крышки воздушного фильтра совпадал с канавкой шланга, как показано на рисунке.

    2. Затяните 2 зажима.

      Torque:
      2,5 Н*м  { 25 кгс*см, 22 фунт-сила-дюйма }

    3. Подсоедините вакуумный шланг.

    4. Подсоедините шланг вентиляции картера № 2.

  6. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Кронштейн
      *2 Крепежный крюк
      *3 Штифт
      *4 Уплотнительная шайба

      Совместите 2 крюка крышки V-образного двигателя с кронштейном. Затем совместите 3 уплотнительных шайбы декоративной крышки V-образного двигателя с 3 штифтами и нажмите на декоративную крышку V-образного двигателя, чтобы закрепить штифты.
