B2452 Height Control Sensor Data Out of Range When Initializing

DESCRIPTION

The headlight leveling ECU*1 or headlight swivel ECU*2 stores this DTC if the sensor value received from the rear height control sensor LH is out of range when performing initialization of the headlight leveling ECU*1 or headlight swivel ECU*2; for example, the vehicle is not level or is being jacked up.

  1. PERFORM INITIALIZATION


    1. Perform initialization of the headlight leveling ECU*1 or headlight swivel ECU*2 Click here.

      • Before initializing, make sure that the vehicle condition is proper for initialization.

      • Be sure to perform the initialization as instructed.

      If the headlight leveling ECU*1 or headlight swivel ECU*2 stores DTC B2452 even though the ECU has been initialized as instructed, there may be a malfunction in the headlight leveling ECU*1 or headlight swivel ECU*2.
