The main body ECU receives a door open/closed signal from each door courtesy light switch.

   2. for LHD:

      
      

      1. Disconnect the E1 main body ECU connector.

      2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition K2-1 - E1-24 (DCTY) Always Below 1 Ω K2-1 - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

   3. for RHD:

      
      

      1. Disconnect the E2 main body ECU connector.

      2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
