DESCRIPTION
The windshield wiper ECU receives the HI position signal of the wiper switch to operate the wiper motor at HI speed. Even if the ECU malfunctions, its circuit structure enables it to operate the wiper in HI operation mode.

READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY)
Check the Data List for proper functioning of the windshield wiper switch.

Disconnect the E16 switch connector.
Disconnect the E83 ECU connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
