  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for LHD)


    1. Attach the clamps to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire to the instrument panel.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for RHD)


    1. Attach the clamps to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire to the instrument panel.

  3. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Multi-display)


    1. for LHD:

      Attach the 7 clamps to install the antenna cord.

    2. for RHD:

      Attach the 5 clamps to install the antenna cord.

  4. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Multi-display)


    1. for LHD:

      Attach the 8 clamps to install the antenna cord.

    2. for RHD:

      Attach the 6 clamps to install the antenna cord.

  5. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Multi-display)


    1. for LHD:


      1. Install the navigation antenna assembly with the 2 screws.

      2. Attach the 2 clamps.

    2. for RHD:


      1. Install the navigation antenna assembly with the 2 screws.

      2. Attach the 2 clamps.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

      Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

      Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

  8. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

      Attach the 11 claws to install the defroster nozzle.

  9. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

      Attach the 5 hooks (A).

    2. Attach the 5 hooks (B) to install the front passenger airbag on the instrument panel.

    3. A015748E01

      Install the 2 screws.

    4. A015A22

      Connect the 2 connectors and install the instrument panel wire assembly to the front passenger airbag.

      Note

      When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

    5. Attach the claw and install the wire.

  10. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 AIR DUCT (w/ Rear Air Duct)

      Install the rear No. 1 air duct with the 2 screws.

  11. INSTALL CENTER HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Install the center heater to register duct with the 3 screws.
