  1. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (ENGINE CONDITION)


    1. Use the Data List to check if the engine start is functioning properly.

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU - ECM)

    1. Disconnect the E3 main body ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the A38 (for LHD) or A52 (for RHD) ECM connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  3. REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU


    1. Temporarily replace the main body ECU with a new or normally functioning one.

    2. Check whether DTC B2286 is output.
