STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER INSTALLATION

INSTALL NO. 2 AMPLIFIER BRACKET
1. Set the aligning protrusions of the bracket labeled A, into the holes of the amplifier.
2. Install the bracket with the 2 screws labeled B.
  
  Torque:
  
  3.0 N*m { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }
INSTALL NO. 1 AMPLIFIER BRACKET
1. Set the aligning protrusions of the bracket labeled A, into the holes of the amplifier.
2. Install the bracket with the 2 screws labeled B.
  
  Torque:
  
  3.0 N*m { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }
INSTALL AMPLIFIER COVER
1. Attach the 3 clips to install the cover.
INSTALL STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET
1. Install the amplifier with the 3 bolts.
  
  Torque:
  
  7.5 N*m { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
2. Connect the 3 connectors.
INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY
1. Open the tail gate and back door, insert the carpet into the cabin from the rear, and install it to the floor.
2. Attach the 2 clips and 8 claws.
INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Cool Box)
1. Install the rear console box Click here.
INSTALL COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY (w/ Cool Box)
1. Install the cooling box assembly Click here.
INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT PROTECTOR
1. Attach the clip and 4 claws to install the protector.

1. Attach the 3 claws and 4 clips to install the scuff plate.
2. Install the screw.

1. Attach the 2 claws to install the step cover.
INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH
1. Attach the 2 clips to install the cowl side trim board.
2. Install the cap nut.
INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)
1. Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 2 instrument panel under cover.
INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH
1. Attach the 2 clips to install the cowl side trim board.
2. Install the cap nut.
INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)
1. Connect the connectors.
2. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover.
3. Install the 2 screws.
INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
1. Attach the 7 claws and 4 clips to install the scuff plate.

INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH (w/ Airbag Cut Off Switch)
1. Connect the connector.
2. Attach the 6 claws to install the instrument side panel.
INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH (w/o Airbag Cut Off Switch)
1. Attach the 6 claws to install the instrument side panel.
INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH
1. Attach the 6 claws to install the instrument side panel.
INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
1. Temporarily install the seat assembly with the 4 bolts.
  
  Note
  
  Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
2. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
  
  Torque:
  
  37 N*m { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }
3. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
  
  Connect the connector.
4. w/ Seat Heater System:
  
  Connect the connector.
INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER
1. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER
1. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR NO. 4 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER
1. Return the seat to the upright position.
2. Attach the 7 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER
1. Attach the 6 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
1. Temporarily install the seat assembly with the 4 bolts.
  
  Note
  
  Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
2. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
  
  Torque:
  
  37 N*m { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }
3. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
  
  Connect the connector.
4. w/ Seat Heater System:
  
  Connect the connector.
INSTALL REAR NO. 4 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER
1. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER
1. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR NO. 5 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER
1. Return the seat to the upright position.
2. Attach the 7 claws to install the cover.
INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER
1. Attach the 6 claws to install the cover.
