After the inspection is completed, clear the DTCs.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC


    1. Disconnect the F3 and F52 amplifier connectors.

    2. Clear the DTCs.

    3. Check if DTC 74-40 is output.

      OK
      DTC 74-40 is not output.

    NG

    REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Click here

    OK

  2. CHECK DTC


    1. Reconnect the F52 amplifier connector.

    2. Clear the DTCs.

    3. Check if DTC 74-40 is output.

      OK
      DTC 74-40 is not output.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      F3-8 (CTR+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F3-7 (CTR-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F3-1 (WFL+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F3-5 (WFL-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F3-2 (WFR+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F3-6 (WFR-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
