REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Rear No. 1 Seat) REMOVAL

Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
1. Remove the rear No. 1 seat assembly Click here.
REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER BOLT COVER
1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH
1. Remove the screw and release handle.
REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH
1. Remove the 2 screws.
2. Detach the 3 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and then remove the cover.
REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH
1. Remove the 2 screws.
2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.
REMOVE UPPER SEAT TRACK RAIL COVER LH
1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
REMOVE UPPER SEAT TRACK RAIL COVER RH
1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER
1. Remove the 4 screws and detach the 4 claws.
2. Remove the bolt that is securing the fold seat stopper band and remove the seat leg side cover together with the fold seat stopper band.
REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT PROTECTOR
1. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
  
  Detach the claw and remove the wire harness connector.
2. w/ Seat Heater System:
  
  Detach the claw and remove the wire harness connector.
3. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.
4. Detach the claw and remove the seat protector from the seat hinge.
5. Detach the 2 claws, open the protector and remove wire harness.
REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
1. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
  
  Detach the wire harness clamp.
2. w/ Seat Heater System:
  
  Detach the wire harness clamp.
3. Remove the 2 nuts and hinge.
4. Detach the cable clamp and disconnect the cable.
REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
1. Remove the 2 nuts and hinge.
REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP
1. Detach the claw and open the cap.
2. Remove the screw and anchor cover cap.
REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER LH
1. Remove the screw.
2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.
REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER LH
1. Detach the 10 claws.
2. Remove the 5 screws.
3. Detach the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the cover.
REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH
1. Remove the 4 screws.
2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.
REMOVE REAR SEAT UNDER TRAY COVER LH
1. Remove the 2 screws.
2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.
REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
1. Remove the bolt and belt.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  The No. 1 seat 3 point type belt anchor is fixed with the same bolt as the rear No. 1 seat inner belt LH. Therefore, it becomes disconnected when the bolt is removed.
REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD
1. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
  1. Detach the side airbag wire harness clamps.
  2. Remove the side airbag wire harness through the hole in the seat cushion.
2. w/ Seat Heater System:
  1. Disconnect the 2 seat heater connectors.
  2. Remove the seatback heater wire harness through the hole in the seat cushion.
3. Remove the seat cushion cover with pad.
REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER
1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
1. w/ Center Armrest:
  1. Detach the 2 claws on the top of the board.
  2. Pull up the board to detach the 2 claws on the bottom of the board and remove it.
2. w/o Center Armrest:
  1. Detach the 3 claws on the top of the board.
  2. Pull up the board to detach the 3 claws on the bottom of the board and remove it.
REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
1. w/ Center Armrest:
  
  Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 supports.
2. w/o Center Armrest:
  
  Detach the 8 claws and remove the 4 supports.
REMOVE SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER
1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT HOLE COVER LH
1. Remove the screw.
2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.
REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
1. w/ Center Armrest:
  
  Remove the hog rings.
2. w/o Center Armrest:
  
  Remove the hog rings.
3. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
  1. Remove the cap nut and seatback cover bracket from the seat frame.
  2. Remove the side airbag wire harness through the hole in the seatback.
4. w/ Seat Heater System:
  1. Cut the cable tie and disconnect the seatback heater wire harness.
  2. Remove the seatback heater wire harness through the hole in the seatback.
5. w/ Center Armrest:
  
  Pull the seat belt into the inside of the seat.
6. w/o Center Armrest:
  
  Pull the seat belt into the inside of the seat.
7. Remove the seatback cover with pad.
REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK HINGE COVER LH
1. Remove the screw.
2. Detach the claw and remove the cover.
REMOVE REAR LOWER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
1. Remove the 4 screws.
2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.
REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER
1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the shoulder belt hole cover.
REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH
1. Remove the 3 nuts and belt sensor.
2. Remove the nut and then remove the outer belt.
