SEAT HEATER SYSTEM FAIL-SAFE CHART


  1. FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION (w/ Climate Control Seat System)


    1. When the front seat heater is operating and either of the following conditions is met, the fail-safe function stops the front seat heater and blinks the front seat heater switch indicator light.


      1. An open circuit occurs in the thermistor inside the front seat cushion heater or related parts (-40°C or less).

      2. A short circuit occurs in the thermistor inside the front seat cushion heater or related parts (90°C or higher).
