REAR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (w/o Heater) DISASSEMBLY

    REMOVE COOLING UNIT BRACKET


    1. Remove the 2 screws and bracket.

  2. Click here

    REMOVE REAR SIDE NO. 3 AIR DUCT


    1. Remove the 2 screws and duct.

  3. Click here

    REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE


    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the drain hose.

  4. Click here

    REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the packing.

      Remove the bolt and 2 screws.

    3. Remove the air conditioner accessory assembly.

    4. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner accessory assembly.

  5. Click here

    REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the clamp.

    3. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and expansion valve.

  6. Click here

    REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

  7. Click here

    REMOVE REAR BLOWER MOTOR


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.

  8. Click here

    REMOVE EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 12 screws and rear cooling unit case LH.

    2. Remove the evaporator.

      Remove the 2 O-rings from the evaporator.

    REMOVE WIRING AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY
