ACCELERATOR PEDAL INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

    Note


    • Avoid excessive force to the accelerator pedal sensor.

    • Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

    • This accelerator pedal does not requite lubrication.

      Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

      If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.


    1. A0156FJE01

      Install the accelerator pedal with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the accelerator pedal position sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)

    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover.

    3. Install the 2 screws.
