DOOR MIRROR FOOT LIGHT INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR LIGHT BULB ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the outer mirror light bulb assembly to the socket.

      Turn the socket with the outer mirror light bulb assembly in the direction indicated by the arrows in the illustration and connect them as a unit.

    3. Connect the connector to install the outer mirror light.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 OUTER MIRROR COVER


    1. Engage the guide and install the No. 2 outer mirror cover to the side turn signal light assembly.

    2. Connect the connector and install the No. 2 outer mirror cover with the side turn signal light assembly as a unit.

    3. Engage the 2 guides.

    4. Engage the 4 guides, 2 claws and install the visor assembly.

    5. Install the No. 2 outer mirror cover with the 5 screws.

  3. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR


    1. w/o Blind Spot Monitor System:


      1. Connect the 3 connectors.

      2. Engage the 2 clamps.

    2. w/ Blind Spot Monitor System:


      1. Connect the 4 connectors.

      2. Engage the 3 clamps.

      Engage the 4 claws and install the outer mirror.
