LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE LOCK CONTROL CABLE PLATE

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the luggage lock control cable plate.

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE

      Remove the luggage compartment door inside handle from the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide and open the cover.

    2. A01G5OP

      Remove the 2 screws and luggage compartment door assist grip.

  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER

        Using a clip remover, remove the 11 clips and luggage compartment door cover.

    2. w/ Power Trunk Lid System:

        Using a clip remover, remove the 11 clips.

        Disengage the 2 claws and remove the luggage compartment door cover.

  5. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01G4A5

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Disengage the clamp and remove the door control switch.

  6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Trunk Lid System)

      Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

    2. A01G5PJ

      Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    4. A01G6XN

      Remove the 2 bolts and luggage compartment door lock assembly.

  7. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR CLOSER ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

      Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. A01G58K

      Remove the 2 bolts and luggage door closer assembly.

  8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01G9GB

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01G6NU

      Disengage the clamp.

    3. Remove the 2 nuts and luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly.

  9. REMOVE LUGGAGE ELECTRICAL KEY SWITCH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01G44X

      Remove the 2 nuts and luggage electrical key switch.

  10. REMOVE LUGGAGE LOCK CONTROL CABLE CLAMP


    1. A01G4BV

      Disengage the clip and guide and remove the luggage lock control cable clamp.

  11. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER LH


    1. A01G8CV

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Remove the clip and luggage compartment door hinge cover LH.

  12. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)


    1. Remove the luggage compartment floor mat.

  13. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER PAD LH (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)


    1. Remove the spare wheel cover pad LH.

  14. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER PAD RH (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)


    1. Remove the spare wheel cover pad RH.

  15. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

  16. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the rear floor finish plate.

  18. REMOVE ROPE HOOK (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rope hook as shown in the illustration.

  19. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER RH (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 4 fasteners and remove the luggage compartment inner trim cover RH.

  20. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the 3 clips and remove the luggage compartment trim cover assembly RH.

  21. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER RH

      Remove the clip and luggage compartment door hinge cover RH.

  22. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts and rear light assembly.

      Put protective tape around the luggage compartment door outside garnish sub-assembly.

    4. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the luggage compartment door outside garnish sub-assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 clips from the luggage compartment door outside garnish sub-assembly.

    6. Remove the 6 gaskets from the luggage compartment door outside garnish sub-assembly.

  25. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Monitor)

      Disengage the 2 claws.

  26. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY
