FUEL LID OPENER MOTOR ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT


    1. Remove the luggage compartment floor mat.

  2. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER PAD LH


    1. Remove the spare wheel cover pad LH.

  3. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER PAD RH


    1. Remove the spare wheel cover pad RH.

  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY (for Rear Side)

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the 2 luggage hold belt striker assemblies.

  5. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    2. A01G8BW

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the rear floor finish plate.

  6. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)


    1. A01G8GX

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the luggage hold belt striker assembly.

  7. REMOVE ROPE HOOK


    1. A01G9HY

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rope hook as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER LH


    1. A01G8WR

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    2. Disengage the 2 fasteners and remove the luggage compartment inner trim cover LH.

  9. REMOVE FUEL LID LOCK WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. A01G76Z

      Remove the nut and disconnect the fuel lid lock with motor assembly.

    3. A01G8YE

      Disengage the clamp.

    4. Disconnect the connector and remove the fuel lid lock with motor assembly.
