TRUNK LID ACTUATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE LOCK CONTROL CABLE PLATE

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the luggage lock control cable plate.

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE

      Remove the luggage compartment door inside handle from the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP


    1. A01G6RW

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide and open the cover.

    2. A01G5OP

      Remove the 2 screws and luggage compartment door assist grip.

  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER


    1. w/o Power Trunk Lid System:


      1. A01G50U

        Using a clip remover, remove the 11 clips and luggage compartment door cover.

    2. w/ Power Trunk Lid System:


      1. A01G50U

        Using a clip remover, remove the 11 clips.

      2. A01G9JN

        Disengage the 2 claws and remove the luggage compartment door cover.

  5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT


    1. Remove the luggage compartment floor mat.

  6. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER PAD LH


    1. Remove the spare wheel cover pad LH.

  7. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER PAD RH


    1. Remove the spare wheel cover pad RH.

  8. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY (for Rear Side)


    1. A01G6A7

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the 2 luggage hold belt striker assemblies.

  9. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    2. A01G8BW

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the rear floor finish plate.

  10. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. A01G5E4

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the luggage hold belt striker assembly.

  11. REMOVE ROPE HOOK


    1. A01G4GB

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rope hook as shown in the illustration.

  12. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER RH


    1. A01G4XE

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 4 fasteners and remove the luggage compartment inner trim cover RH.

  13. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the 3 clips and remove the luggage compartment trim cover assembly RH.

  14. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER RH


    1. A01G6HL

      Remove the clip and luggage compartment door hinge cover RH.

  15. REMOVE LUGGAGE CLOSER MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01G75R

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

    3. A01G8IY

      Remove the nut.

    4. Remove the 3 bolts.

    5. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the luggage closer motor assembly.
