PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM CANCEL SWITCH REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX DOOR COVER

      Open the lower instrument panel sub-assembly door as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01G8DV

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the instrument panel box door cover as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws <E>.

    2. A01G83S

      Close the lower instrument panel sub-assembly door as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the 2 screws <E>.

    4. A01G6FL

      Disengage the 5 claws as shown in the illustration.

    5. Disconnect each connector and remove the lower instrument panel sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE PRE-CRASH SYSTEM CANCEL SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the pre-crash system cancel switch assembly.
