HARD DISK DRIVE INSTALLATION


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    When installing the hard disk drive, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent components from being damaged.

  2. INSTALL HARD DISK DRIVE

      Insert the hard disk drive in the direction shown by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

    2. Engage the 2 guides to temporarily install the cover.

    3. Install the cover with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 4 screws.

  4. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and 2 claws to the vehicle body to temporarily install the multi-media module receiver assembly with bracket.

    3. Install the multi-media module receiver assembly with bracket with the 4 bolts.

  5. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

      Engage the 2 claws and 5 clips to install the lower center instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 11 claws and clip to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.

      Note

      When installing the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly, check that the wire harness is not caught between the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly and duct.

  7. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 10 claws and 2 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 5 claws and 2 guides.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

      Engage the 4 clips and 2 guides to install the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  10. INSPECT HARD DISK DRIVE
