RADIO ANTENNA CORD REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

      Remove the screw <D>.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    1. A01G6KL

      Remove the screw <D>.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct.

  4. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. A01G94R

      Disconnect the connector and remove the automatic light control sensor.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH


    1. Disengage the 9 claws and 8 guides and remove the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01G8FD

      Remove the 3 screws <D> and defroster nozzle assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Remove the 3 screws <D> and No. 3 heater to register duct.

  8. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. w/o Navigation System:


      1. A01G6OS

        Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. w/ Navigation System:


      1. A01G7Z0

        Disengage the 7 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A01G9GX

      Disengage the 7 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly from the roof headlining assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Roof Antenna)


    1. A01G7Y8

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side with Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna)


    1. for Standard:


      1. A01G8ND

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. for Glass Roof:


      1. A01G5OS

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 4 clamps to remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side with Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna)


    1. for Standard:


      1. A01G69S

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Remove the bolt.

      3. Disengage the 4 clamps to remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. for Glass Roof:


      1. A01G5XA

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Remove the bolt.

      3. Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.
