REAR SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR SUNSHADE RELAY

    Note

    When reassembling the rear sunshade assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.


    1. Install the rear sunshade relay with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Install the rear sunshade relay cover with the 8 screws.

    4. Engage the 2 pins to connect the link with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL REAR WINDOW SHADE ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear window shade assembly, and temporarily tighten the 4 bolts (A) and bolt (B).

    2. Fully tighten the 5 bolts.

    3. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 5 guides and 3 clips to install the No. 2 package tray trim panel assembly.

  4. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT SET


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Temporarily install the center stop light set.

      Slide the center stop light set in the order and directions shown by the arrows in the illustration while pushing it towards the rear of the vehicle to engage the 4 claws.

  5. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel assembly.

    2. Engage the guide and 3 clips to install the package tray trim panel assembly.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

      Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the other 2 rear seat shoulder belt hole covers.

  7. CONNECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Install the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH with the arrow on the anchor part facing the front of the vehicle.

      • Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  8. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT ANCHOR BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the child restraint seat anchor bracket sub-assembly LH with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    2. w/ Rear Seat Belt Warning:


      1. Engage the 2 clamps.

      2. Connect the connector.

  9. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Note


      • Install the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH with the arrow on the anchor part facing the front of the vehicle.

      • Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  10. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Engage the 4 clips to install the roof side inner garnish assembly LH.

  12. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH


    1. Engage the 5 claws to install the rear seat side garnish LH.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  15. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. Engage the 8 claws to install the rear door scuff plate LH.

  16. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
