INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET

      Install the No. 1 instrument panel bracket with the 4 screws <E>.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET

      Install the No. 2 instrument panel bracket with the 2 screws <E>.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN

      Install the 4 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 4 screws <E>.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE


    1. A01G60G

      Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

      Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 ION GENERATOR BRACKET (w/ Ion Generator)

      Install the No. 1 ion generator bracket with the 2 screws <D>.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 ION GENERATOR BRACKET (w/ Ion Generator)

      Install the No. 2 ion generator bracket and No. 6 heater to register duct with the screw <D>.

  8. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE


    1. for LHD:


      1. A01G916

        Engage the 6 clamps to install the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

    2. for RHD:


      1. A01G55R

        Engage the 5 clamps to install the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

  9. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)


    1. Install the navigation antenna assembly with the 2 screws.

    2. Engage the 2 clamps.

  10. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. w/o Navigation System:


      1. Engage the 6 clamps to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. w/ Navigation System:


      1. Engage the 7 clamps to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  11. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Engage the 7 clamps to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  12. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 3 hooks.

    2. Push in the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly to engage the 3 hooks.

    3. Install the 2 screws to install the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly.

    4. Engage the 2 clamps.

  13. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A01G7LD

      Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <D>.

  14. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. w/o Ion Generator:


      1. A01G9UU

        Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <D>.

    2. w/ Ion Generator:


      1. A01G7BS

        Engage the No. 1 heater to register duct to the No. 6 heater to register duct to install it.

      2. Install the 3 screws <D>.

  15. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

      Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <D>.

  16. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH


    1. Engage the 8 guides and 9 claws to install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish as shown in the illustration.

  17. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the automatic light control sensor.

  18. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <D>.

  19. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    1. A01G7L1

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <D>.
