  1. INSPECT LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY (FOR DRIVER)

      (Lumbar Support Adjuster Assembly (for Driver))

      Check the operation of the lumbar support adjuster assembly (for driver).


      1. Check that the front seatback moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH connector terminals.

        OK
        Condition Operational Direction

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2

        		 Seatback moves forward

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 2

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1

        		 Seatback moves backward

        If the result is not as specified, replace the lumbar support adjuster assembly (for driver).

  2. INSPECT LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY (FOR FRONT PASSENGER)

      Check the operation of the lumbar support adjuster assembly (for front passenger).


      1. Check that the front seatback moves smoothly when the battery is connected to the lumbar support adjuster assembly RH connector terminals.

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2

        		 Seatback moves forward

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 2

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1

        		 Seatback moves backward
