REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY WITH BOX

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. w/ Climate Control Seat System:


      1. Disengage the 3 clamps.

    3. Remove the 2 nuts.

      Remove the 4 hog rings.

    5. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear center seat armrest assembly with box.

  2. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST HINGE

      Remove the 2 screws and 2 bushes.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear center seat armrest hinge.

  3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the hook and remove the rear center seat armrest assembly from the rear seat armrest hole board sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE CENTER SEAT INNER ARMREST PLATE

      Disengage the 9 claws and 3 guides, and remove the center seat inner armrest plate from the rear seat armrest hole board sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Open the rear center seat armrest door sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Disengage the guide and remove the rear center seat armrest door sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 CENTER SEAT ARMREST PLATE

      Remove the 4 screws and rear No. 1 center seat armrest plate.

  7. REMOVE ARMREST CONSOLE HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and armrest console hinge sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 screws and center armrest lock sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. w/o Climate Control Seat System:


      1. A01G4ZI

        Remove the screw.

      2. Disengage the 8 claws and 3 guides, and remove the rear center seat armrest panel sub-assembly with the rear center seat armrest box assembly.

    2. w/ Climate Control Seat System:


      1. A01G9IN

        Remove the screw.

      2. Disengage the 8 claws and 3 guides, and remove the rear center seat armrest panel sub-assembly with the cooler control switch assembly.

  10. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. w/o Climate Control Seat System:

        Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear center seat armrest box assembly.

  11. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. w/ Climate Control Seat System:


      1. Remove the cooler control switch assembly Click here.

  12. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Remove the rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  13. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

      Disengage the 3 clamps and remove the rear console box wire.

  14. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX

      Disengage each hook and disconnect the rear center seat armrest cover sub-assembly from the rear center seat armrest box.

    2. A01G88U

      Remove the rear center seat armrest box from the rear center seat armrest pad as shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH

    CAUTION:

    When storing the rear seat airbag assembly, keep the airbag deployment side facing upward.

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. Disengage the clamp and fastener to disconnect the airbag wire harness.

      Remove the 4 nuts and rear seat airbag assembly.

      CAUTION:


      • The nuts must not be reused.

      • Make sure that the bench type rear seatback pad is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and seat heater control sub-assembly.

  18. REMOVE HEATER WIRE (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the 2 heater wires.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Disengage the 3 clamps and remove the rear seat wire.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  25. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear center seat headrest supports.

    1. Remove the 30 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 28 hog rings and the bench type rear seatback cover from the bench type rear seatback pad.

    1. Remove the 34 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 20 hog rings and bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.
