ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the front engine mounting insulator assembly with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      52 N*m  { 530 kgf*cm, 38 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the hole plug.

    3. Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector and 2 clamps.

  2. INSTALL TRANSVERSE ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET (w/o ATF Warmer)

      Install the transverse engine mounting bracket with the 3 bolts

      Torque:
      Bolt A
      87 N*m  { 887 kgf*cm, 64 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt B
      64 N*m  { 652 kgf*cm, 47 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL TRANSVERSE ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ ATF Warmer)

      Install the transverse engine mounting bracket with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt A
      87 N*m  { 887 kgf*cm, 64 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt B
      64 N*m  { 652 kgf*cm, 47 ft.*lbf }

    2. w/ Transmission Oil Thermostat:


      1. Connect the clamp with the bolt.

        Torque:
        20 N*m  { 199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    3. Install the transmission oil cooler with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 138 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }
