FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      
      

      1. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

   2. Move the front bumper assembly into position and install the 3 clips.

   3. Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and connect each connector.

      Note:

      Do not apply excessive force when separating the front bumper.

   4. 

      Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   5. 

      Engage the 3 claws.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   6. Install the 6 screws.

   7. Install the 2 front bumper seal brackets.

      Note:

      Do not pull the front bumper assembly after the front bumper seal bracket is installed, or the front bumper assembly may be damaged.

   8. Install the 2 screws.

   9. 

      Install the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   10. Install the clip.

       Tip:

       Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

2. Click here

   INSTALL HOOD CENTER CUSHION

   
   

   1. Install the 2 hood center cushions.

3. Click here

   INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

   
   

   1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 9 clips.

4. Click here

   ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

   Click here

5. Click here

   ADJUST FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY
