FRONT BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

   INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      61 N*m

      622 kgf*cm

      45 ft.*lbf

   2. Engage the 6 clamps.

   INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

   
   
   1. 

      Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.

3. Click here

   INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY LH

   
   
   1. 

      Engage the 3 claws.

   2. 

      Engage the clip as shown in the illustration.

   3. Install the front bumper stay LH with the bolt.

      5.4 N*m

      55 kgf*cm

      48 in.*lbf

4. Click here

   INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY RH

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

   INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING

   
   
   1. 

      Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

   2. 

      Engage the 12 claws.

   3. 

      Install the front bumper moulding with the 6 screws.

   INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

   
   
   1. 

      Engage the 12 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

7. Click here

   INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

   
   
   1. 

      Engage the 4 guides and 14 claws to install the radiator grille.

   2. 

      Install the radiator grille with the 4 screws and 2 clips.

8. Click here

   INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

   
   
   1. 

      Engage the claw and guide.

   2. Install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem with 2 new spring nuts.

9. Click here

   INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

   
   

   1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

   2. 

      Remove the release paper and engage the 4 clips to install a new radiator grille seal.

       Engage the 3 claws to install the fog light cover LH.

    INSTALL FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH

       Install the fog light mounting bracket LH with the 3 screws.

       Engage the 9 clamps to install the No. 4 engine room wire.

    INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

       Engage the 8 clamps to install the headlight cleaner hose.

    INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tip:

       2. Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.

          Engage the 4 claws.

       2. Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.
