AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHT BEAM LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM LVL Terminal Circuit

DESCRIPTION

• By connecting terminals LVL and CG of the DLC3, the headlight leveling ECU assembly initializes the height control sensor signal.

PROCEDURE

   CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU ASSEMBLY)

   
   

   1. Disconnect the A29 headlight leveling ECU assembly connector.

   2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A29-5 (INIT) - H29-8 (LVL) Always Below 1 Ω A29-5 (INIT) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

     REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

2. Click here

   CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - BODY GROUND)

   
   

   1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition H29-4 (CG) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
