DESCRIPTION

This circuit detects the state of the power switch, and sends it to the headlight leveling ECU assembly.

PROCEDURE

1. READ VALUE USING GTS

   
   

   1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

   2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

   3. Turn the GTS on.

   4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL Auto Leveling / Data List.

   5. Read the display on the GTS.

      Disconnect the A29 headlight leveling ECU assembly connector.

   2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A29-1 (IG) - Body ground Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V A29-1 (IG) - Body ground Power switch off Below 1 V

3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND)

   
   

   1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
