FRONT CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

    Click here

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Move the shift lever to N.

    2. A0003IR

      Disengage the 7 claws and 4 clips.

    3. Disengage the clamp.

    4. Disconnect each connector and remove the console panel sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0008L2

      Turn the shift lever knob sub-assembly counterclockwise and remove it.

  4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 10 claws and clip.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the upper console panel sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 6 claws, 5 clips and 4 guides.

    2. Disconnect each connector and remove the console rear end panel sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX POCKET

      Remove the console box pocket

  7. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET

      Remove the console box carpet.

  8. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL


    1. A0005GK

      Disengage the 4 claws and 3 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect each connector and remove the No. 3 box panel.

  9. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and 4 screws.

    2. A000769

      Pull the rear console box assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear console box assembly.
