CHECK MANUAL OPERATION
Turn the power switch on (IG).
When the rear window sunshade assembly is lowered, push the rear sunshade switch (combination switch assembly or cooler control switch assembly*). Check that the rear window sunshade assembly is raised.
When the rear window sunshade assembly is raised, push the rear sunshade switch (combination switch assembly or cooler control switch assembly*). Check that the rear window sunshade assembly is lowered.

CHECK REAR WINDOW SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY OPERATION AFTER POWER SWITCH IS TURNED OFF
Turn the power switch from on (IG) to off, and check that the rear window sunshade assembly can be operated.
Turn the power switch from on (IG) to off and wait for approximately 60 seconds. Check that the rear window sunshade assembly cannot be operated.
CHECK SHIFT-LINKED FUNCTION
Turn the power switch on (IG).
When the rear window sunshade assembly is raised, move the shift lever to R. Check that the rear window sunshade assembly is lowered.
Then, when any of the following conditions is met, check that the rear window sunshade assembly is raised.
The rear sunshade switch (combination switch assembly or cooler control switch assembly*) is pushed.
The shift lever is moved to P.
The shift lever is moved to D and vehicle speed reaches 15 km/h (9.3 mph) or more.
Power switch is turned off.
