    REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    1. A000407

      Remove the screw <D>.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

    REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

      Remove the screw <D>.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct.

    REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

    REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

      Disengage the 9 claws and 8 guides and remove the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish as shown in the illustration.

  5. Click here

    REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A0005TM

      Remove the 3 screws <D> and defroster nozzle assembly.

  6. Click here

    REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. w/o Ion Generator:


      1. A0005U8

        Remove the 3 screws <D> and No. 1 heater to register duct.

    2. w/ Ion Generator:


      1. A0007PT

        Remove the 3 screws <D>.

      2. Disengage the No. 1 heater to register duct assembly from the No. 6 heater to register duct to remove it.

      Remove the 3 screws <D> and No. 3 heater to register duct.

    1. for LHD:

        Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

    2. for RHD:


      1. A0007AS

        Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

    REMOVE NO. 1 ION GENERATOR BRACKET (w/ Ion Generator)

      Remove the 2 screws <D> and No. 1 ion generator bracket.

    REMOVE NO. 2 ION GENERATOR BRACKET (w/ Ion Generator)

      Remove the screw <D>, No. 2 ion generator bracket and No. 6 heater to register duct.

    REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

    REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 2 side defroster nozzle.

    REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN

      Remove the 4 screws <E> and 4 No. 1 instrument panel pins.

    REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET

      Remove the 2 screws <E> and No. 2 instrument panel bracket.

    REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET
